湖南高职教育与产业集群的现状和关系研究

摘　　要：高职教育和产业集群均与社会经济发展密切相关。近年来,湖南高职教育和产业集群都呈现出发展迅猛、规模加大的态势。湖南产业集群的产业选择与高职教育改革方向、就业空间及可持续发展关系紧密:湖南高职教育为湖南产业集群的可持续发展提供人才和智力支撑;湖南高职教育和产业集群之间可以相互提供所需服务、实现资源共享。Higher vocational education and industrial clusters associated with developing economy directly and closely.In recent years,higher vocational education and industrial clusters in Hunan province developed rapidly.The author analyzes the development status about the higher vocational education and industrial clusters in Hunan province,draw a conclusion that the reform of higher vocational education,the employment and the sustainable development of higher vocational education associated with the selection of industry clusters closely;the higher vocational education in Hunan province provide human resource for industrial clusters;the higher vocational education and industrial clusters services each other and sharing the resource each other.
