摘  要:由于缺乏人力资源管理理念和有效的管理机制,高职院校兼职教师队伍管理中存在聘任不规范,考评、激励机制不健全等问题。高职院校要从树立现代教育人力资源理念、建立科学的聘任机制、开展有效的岗前培训及健全考核评价体系等方面不断完善兼职教师管理工作,更好地推动兼职教师队伍的健康发展。There are some problems existing in the management of part-time teachers,such as nonstandard appointments,unsound mechanism of appraisals and incentives etc.The reasons may be that higher vocational colleges lack ideas of human resources management as well as effective mechanism.It should improve and perfect the management of part-time teachers on setting up ideas of human resources management in modern education,establishing scientific appointment mechanism,developing effective pre-job training,and improving the check-up and evaluation system,all of which can promote healthy development of part-time teachers.
