摘 要:摩托车车架结构参数对摩托车整车性能存在根本的影响。针对一款新研发的A150型摩托车在试车时振动过大的问题,首先对摩托车的激振源和车架动态特性灵敏度进行分析,然后计算车架结构参数对固有频率灵敏度的影响,这些结构参数包括管厚、坐垫下板厚度、发动机悬挂板厚度、车架单元的连接点、激励力的作用位置等,最后得到车架结构参数的敏感变量,并将这些敏感变量进行比较分析。综合考虑到工艺、成本等因素,确定选择坐垫下板的厚度作为减振变量,经过多次对比分析知,当板厚为1.65 mm时摩托车振动最弱,从而避免了盲目修改,提高了分析设计效率。The Frame's structural parameters of motorcycle have a significant effect on its vehicle performance.As the excessive vibration of a newly developed A150-type motorcycle is concerned,the source of vibration as well as the dynamics sensitivity of the frame are first analyzed,then the effect of the frame's structural parameters such as the pipe thickness,the lower plate thickness of the saddle,the suspension plate thickness of the motor,the junction of the frame unit and the action position of excite force on the natural frequency of the vehicle is investigated.Lastly,the sensitive variables of the frame's structural parameters are obtained and analyzed.When both the technology and the cost are considered,the lower plate thickness of the saddle is selected as the design variable for damping.The comparative analysis shows that the weakest vibration can be achieved when the thickness of the plate is selected as 1.65 mm.As a result,the efficiency of analysis is improved.
