摘　　要：传统藏毯完全是用手工方式编织而成,在加工过程中会产生大量的浮毛、碎毛,由于大部分位于藏毯截绒深处,用常规的清理方法不易清除干净,清除效果差,给用户的使用带来极大的不便。为达到有效去除藏毯中存在的浮毛、碎毛,通过对藏毯工艺过程及编织方法的研究发现,采用机械方式去除,去除效果好,处理后的毯面干净平整。按照设备的设计要求,介绍了设备的设计原理,并对设备的去除效果进行测试分析,从中找出浮毛、碎毛去除效果最佳的工作状态。Traditional Tibetan carpet is entirely woven by hand way.In the process will produce a large number of float wool and broken wool.As most of the float wool and broken wool is located in the depths of cut velvet of Tibetan carpet.It＇s difficult to clean with conventional cleaning methods.There is a big inconvenience in use.To the effective removal of the float wool and broken wool,through the research of process of Tibetan carpet weaving methods finding that,removed by mechanical means,the treated carpet surface is clean and smooth.In accordance with the design requirements of the equipment,introduced the design principle of equipment,test analysis the removal efficiency of the equipment,give the working condition of the best removal efficiency of Tibetan carpet float wool and broken wool.
