酵母微量元素锌对肉鸡肝组织ATPase活性的影响

摘  要:探讨酵母微量元素锌对肉鸡肝组织ATPase活性的影响。将50只1日龄AA商品代肉鸡随机分成5组:酵母锌高剂量组(锌40 mg/kg)、酵母锌低剂量组(锌30 mg/kg)、硫酸锌组(锌40 mg/kg)、空白酵母对照组、基础日粮对照组,每组10只,50 d后,取肝脏,测定肝组织中锌含量及ATPase的活性。结果显示,肝组织锌含量酵母锌高剂量组极显著高于其他组(P<0.01),酵母锌低剂量组与硫酸锌组之间无显著性差异(P>0.05),但两组均极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),空白酵母对照组与基础日粮对照组之间无显著差异(P>0.05);酵母锌高剂量组肝组织中Na+,K+-ATPase、Ca2+,Mg2+-ATPase活性均极显著或显著高于其他组(P<0.01或P<0.05),酵母锌低剂量组与硫酸锌组之间无显著性差异(P>0.05),但极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),空白酵母对照组与基础日粮对照组之间无显著差异(P>0.05)。表明,酵母锌易于被动物体吸收利用,其生物学利用率高于硫酸锌;随着肝组织含锌量增加,ATPase活性显著提高,锌对提高肝组织ATPase的活性有重要意义。The effect of yeast-zinc enrichment on the ATPase activity in liver of broilers was studied.50 one-day-old chickens of AA broilers were randomly divided into five groups: high dosage yeast-zinc groups(zinc 40 mg/kg),low dosage yeast-zinc groups(zinc 30 mg/kg),zinc sulfate groups(zinc 40 mg/kg),basal yeast diet groups and basal diet groups.After 50 days,the liver of each chickens were taken out,and measured about the Zinc content and the ATPase activity of liver tissue.The results showed that the liver zinc content of high dosage yeast-zinc groups was very significantly higher than other groups(P〈0.01);low dosage yeast-zinc groups and zinc sulfate groups had no significant difference(P〉0.05),but the two groups were very significantly higher than control groups(P〈0.01);there were no significant difference between two control groups of basal yeast diet groups and basal diet groups(P〈0.05).The activity of Na+,K+-ATPase and Ca2+,Mg2+-ATPase of high dosage yeast-zinc groups were very significantly or significantly higher than other groups(P〈0.01 or P〈0.05);low dosage yeast-zinc groups and zinc sulfate groups had no significant difference(P〉0.05),but the two groups were very significantly higher than control groups(P〈0.01);there were no significant difference between two control groups(P〉0.05).The results indicated that the yeast-zinc was easy to be absorbed,and it's bioavailability was higher than zinc sulfate.With the increasing of liver zinc content,the activity of ATPase was significantly increased;zinc might play an important role on raising the activities of ATPase.
