乙基愈创木酚合成方法研究

摘　　要：介绍了一种合成乙基愈创木酚的方法,同时考察了反应温度、时间、碱性底物、溶剂和催化剂等因素对收率的影响,确定了反应的最佳条件:以邻苯二酚和溴乙烷为原料,碳酸氢钠为碱性底物,乙醇为溶剂,碘化钾作为催化剂,70℃反应20h。产物经红外结构鉴定,总收率为90.1%。结果表明:该文所提出合成路线是可行的,具有工艺简单、收率高、工业废物产生较少等特点。The synthesis method of guethol is introduced,at the same time,the effect factors such as the reaction temperature,time,alkaline substrates,solution and catalyst are investigated,the reaction optimum conditions are determined,with o-diphenol and ethyl bromide as material,sodium bicarbonate as alkaline substrate,ethanol as solvent,potassium iodide as catalyst,reaction time 20 h under 70 ℃.The product are identified by infrared structure the yield can reaches 90.1%.The results shows that this synthesis route is feasible,which has process simple,high yield and less industry waste et al.
