摘　　要：急诊医学是适应社会需要和医学发展而产生的一门跨学科跨专业的古老而新兴独立医学学科。急诊医学是具有全科性质的以临床各科知识和技能为基础的实践技能要求较高的医学科学,正确地掌握各种急救技能是一名合格急诊科医师的基本专业素质之一。随着国家医疗体制改革的推进,以及人文关怀理念不断深入,急诊医学临床教学中的难题日益突显,高端模拟系统在急诊医学临床教学中的应用日益增多。Emergency medicine is a theoretical and practical subject with strong application,which closely combines preclinical medicine with clinical medicine.Anesthesiologists must correctly grasp various clinical skills,as is an essential quality for each one.With the in-depth development of medical system reform and humanistic thoughts,clinical education in emergency medicine faced more and more challenges.Application of advanced simulation system in clinical skill training is increasing.
