错畸形对医科大学生生活质量影响的研究

摘　　要：目的 调查错畸形对医科大学生生活质量的影响。方法从潍坊医学院一、二年级随机选择986名无正畸治疗史大学生。运用DHC-IOTN进行牙检查。运用OIDP调查日常活动受影响的发生率、强度和数量。运用SPSS17.0统计软件分析结果。结果大学生日常活动受影响的发生率为25.8%,受影响最多的活动是微笑(15.1%);受影响率、强度和活动数量在不同正畸治疗需要间有统计学差异。结论错畸形对医科大学生有社会心理方面的影响,临床治疗需考虑这些因素。Objective To assess the impacts of malocclusion on quality of life in medical college students.Methods A total of 986 medical college students without history of orthodontic treatment were randomly selected fromWeifang Medical University. The sudents were clinically examined using the Dental Health Component of the Index ofOrthodontic Treatment Need（DHC-IOTN）. The information of the prevalence, intensity and extent of impacts on dailyperformances were collected using the Oral Impacts on Daily Performances Index（OIDP）. Results The occurrence rate ofdaily performances affected was 25.8%,smiling was the most commonly affected daily activity（15.1%）.The prevalence,intensity and the number of performances significantly differed among different level of orthodontic treatment need.Conclusion Malocclusion had impacts on the daily performances of medical college students.
