摘　　要：实验室资质认定(计量认证)是通过对实验室的仪器设备与环境、人员技能和规范化管理进行全面考核,确认实验室的资质,以保障实验、检测数据的公证性。运用实验室资质认定的管理理念,加强新时期高校实验室的管理,对于保障实验数据准确有效、规范高校的教学科研活动、促进高素质人才的培养,具有重要的现实和历史意义。The laboratory intelligent recognition（measurement authentication） is through examining the laboratery＇s instruments equipment and the environment,the personnel skill,and the standardized management to carry on the comprehensive inspection,confirm the laboratory intelligence,and safeguard the notarization of examined data.Using the management ideas recognized intelligently by laboratory to strengthen the laboratory management of colleges and universities in new period has very important,actual and historical meanings for safeguarding experimental data accurate and effective,standourdizing the teaching and scientific research activities in colleges and universities,and promoting the cultivation of high quality talents.
