摘 要:首先建立某发动机排气歧管的三维模型,利用有限元前处理软件Hypermesh划分网格,用有限元方法分析各缸对应支管的单管流速分布和三元催化剂前端截面的流速分布,并根据分析结果对排气歧管进行结构优化,改进后的排气歧管在各缸流量均匀性、减小流通阻力、漩涡消失、气流噪声和能量损失方面取得较明显的效果.This paper establishes a three-dimensional model of the engine exhaust manifold.Then meshing is made with finite element software Hypermesh,and FEM(Finite element method) is used to analyze each single pipe's velocity distribution of the corresponding branch pipe of each cylinder and the front-end section velocity distribution of the three-way catalyst.Based on the results of the analyses,structural optimization is made for the exhaust manifold.Significant improvement is achieved in cylinder flow uniformity and in reduction of flow resistance,vortex,air noise and energy loss in the optimized exhaust manifold.
