摘 要:合成了一系列具有不同骨架结构的中极性含酮基大孔吸附树脂,研究了树脂极性与骨架结构的关系,讨论了树脂对甜菊糖中两种主要糖甙甜菊甙及莱鲍迪甙A的吸附能力和吸附选择性,并设计通过树脂柱的动态色层法从甜菊甙含量高的甜菊糖中成功地分离出高莱鲍迪甙A糖产品.A series of polar resins based on polystyrene with carbonyl groups were synthesized and their polarity and skeleton structure were characterized. The relationship of polarity with the physical structure of the resins was investigated, and the adsorption capacity and the adsorptive selectivity properties of these resins toward stevioside and rebaudioside A were discussed in great detail. The results showed that polar resin with carbonyl group content at about 0.91.0 mmol/g, average pore radius at around 4.0 nm and specific surface area above 500 m\+2/g exhibited the highest adsorptive selectivity toward stevioside. A new method for separating rebaudioside A from other stevia glycosides is also developed.\=
