摘 要:家族企业进行组织结构更新从而实现内创业时,是雇用外部职业经理人("圈外人)",还是委任内部忠诚且优秀的非家族人员("圈内人)"担任内创业者,是家族企业面临的难题。本文在家族企业与职业经理人的传统博弈模型基础上,经过改进,建立家族企业内创业经理人的博弈模型并予以分析。分析结果表明,家族企业如果能成功杜绝"圈内人"的背叛行为,且"圈内人"具有很强的业务能力和管理水平,那么家族企业将选择"圈内人"作为内创业者,否则此种做法得不偿失。Family business will face the problem when they updated the organizational structure of family enterprises to carry out Intrapreneurship who should family firm hire as the entrepreneur, professional managers ( "outsiders" ) or loyalty non - family members ( "insiders" ). In this study, game model which is based on Family Business and Professional Managers Game is established to analyze the issue . And conclusions are made as follow: it is the best way to appoint "insiders" who has strong operational capacity and management level. The premise is that family enterprises can successfully avoid the betrayal risk of "insiders". Otherwise, such practices do more harm to family firm.
