摘  要:利用LI-6400便携式光合作用测定仪研究了赤霞珠(Cabernet Sauvignon)不同节位叶片净光合速率(Pn)与主要生理生态因子之间的关系,以及它们随葡萄物候期的动态变化规律,为葡萄栽培技术措施的制定和实施提供理论基础。结果表明:在有效光辐射(PAR)与外界环境CO2相同的情况下,赤霞珠不同节位叶片净光合速率(Pn)与主要生理生态因子之间存在密切关系。Pn分别与叶片蒸腾速率(Tr)和气孔导度(Gs)呈极显著正相关,与气温(Ta)、叶温(Tl)显著相关,与水汽压亏缺(VpdL)为显著负相关,与相对湿度(RH)和胞间CO2(Ci)相关性不显著。The variations of the relationships between Pn and main physio-ecological factors of the leaves of Cabernet Sauvignon grapevine at different nodes and the dynamic changes during phonological phases were studied with LI-6400 portable photosynthesis system, which could work as reference for making and implementing culture techniques of vine. The results showed that there were significant correlation of Pn and mainly physio-ecological factors of the leaves at different vine nodes of Cabernet sauvignion under the same treatments with PAR and CO2. There was highly significant positive correlation between Pn and Tr, Gs, and significant positive correlation between Pn and Ta, Tl. However, the correlation between Pn and VpdL was significantly negative, and there were no significant relationships between Pn and RH, Ci, respectively.
