摘　　要：狐惑病始见于汉代张仲景《金匮要略.百合狐惑阴阳毒病脉证并治第三》,其病机为湿热虫毒内蕴;临床表现主要有咽喉、阴部、眼部损害三方面;在治疗方面虽有经方、各种名医经验、单方专药和各种综合疗法,但都没有非常理想的方药和治疗方法,只有综合中医和西医的各种疗法,才能更好地认识该病,为临床和实践服务。Fox-creeper disease first appeared in Synopsis of Prescriptions of the Golden Chamber. the Third Section. of Pulse Syndrome and Treatment of Lily Fox-creeper Virus Disease of Yin and Yang by Zhang Zhongjing in the Han Dynasty, whose pathogenesis is the internal accumulation of damp and heat virus. The clinical manifestations are the damages in three areas throat, geni- tals, eyes. Although there are. proved prescriptions, a variety of clinical experience, single prescriptions and special drugs and various comprehensive therapies in the treatment, there are still no very good prescriptions and treatment. Only with the compre- hensive use of Chinese medicine and Western medicine therapies can we better understand the disease and serve the clinical practice.
