行业特色高校实施产学研结合培养应用型本科人才模式的探索与研究——以河南工业大学应用型人才培养的目标为例

摘　　要：随着高校规模的迅速扩张,原行业特色高校开始向"多科化"、"多元化"方向发展,行业特色被淡化,再加上自身存在的各种弊端,严重影响了行业特色高校在社会上的影响力。河南工业大学作为一所典型的地方行业特色高校,通过加强与企事业单位联合,凝练专业方向,构建了产学研相结合的人才培养模式,为我国粮食行业的发展培养了大批专门人才。With the rapid expansion of colleges and universities, universities with trade characteristics in the past have become muhidisciplinary, diversified＇ universities with declining trade characteristics. They have lost their once important social status and great influence because of their own defects. How to help these universities adapt themselves to the develoment of the industries under the new situation is a crucial topic for the Chinese educators to consider. Originally as a university with typical trade characteristics, Henan University of Technology has condensed its disciplines and established a training program of integrating classroom teaching with researches and factory practices and has trained a large number of professionals for the grain industry.
