摘　　要："十一五"期间,我国高等教育实现了从"精英教育"到"大众化教育"的跨越式发展。随着毕业生数量的增加,高等教育人才培养规格、结构与经济社会发展需求不相适应的矛盾日渐突出,大学生就业难己成为影响社会和谐发展的一个重点问题,高职院校毕业生又是就业的难点和重点。本文在对我国经济发展和一些高职院校毕业生就业现状调查的基础上,着重对高职院校毕业生就业存在的问题进行分析。希望能对解决高职院校毕业生就业难问题提供一些有益的参考。During the ＂11th five-year plan＂ period,China＇s higher education realized from elite education to popular education ＂the great-leap-forward development.Along with the increase of the number of graduates of higher education,talent cultivation specifications,structure and economic and social development needs does not adapt the contradiction become increasingly obvious,college students employment has become influence harmonious development of the society a key problem,graduates＇ employment is difficult and important.In this paper,to our country economy development and some graduates＇ employment status on the basis of investigation,focuses on the graduates＇ employment and the analysis of existing problems.Hope to solve graduates＇ employment problems and provide some useful reference.
