摘 要:建立了动力总成悬置系统的模型,通过模态分析得到了系统的固有频率和振型。应用能量解耦法对动力总成悬置系统进行解耦分析,并通过调节系统的刚度进行了悬置系统的优化。结果表明:优化后系统的解耦程度优于优化前的系统,为进一步提高系统的隔振性能提供了依据。At first a power train mounting model was established,and natural frequencies and vibration modes were calculated with model analysis.The decoupling analysis of power train mounting system was carried out with the energy decoupling method,and the engine mounting system was also optimized by adjusting the stiffness of system.The results indicate that decoupling degree of the system is better than that of the system of no optimization,which provides the basis for further improving the performance of vibration isolating system.
