摘　　要：本文主要阐述了由可编程控制器构成的工业以太网的方案和步骤,并设计了基于西门子S7系列PLC和工业以太网的啤酒发酵温度模糊控制系统。实践表明,该工业以太网平台通信正常,运行稳定,满足生产工艺要求。This paper mainly introduced the process and steps of construction of the Industrial Ethernet based on PLC,and designed the beer ferment temperature fuzzy control system based on the Siemens S7 PLC and Industrial Ethernet.The facts showed that the Fuzzy control strategy is fesible and effectivity.
