高职院校共青团工作的实践与思考

摘　　要：高职院校的团组织要紧紧围绕高职院校中心工作，着眼于学校的发展目标，突出建设主题，明确职能定位，扩张工作优势，着力激发学生创新创业活力，着力关注学生民生事务，着力推进学生素质拓展，着力提升团组织的整体活力，充分发挥出党的助手和后备军的作用。以加强和改进大学生思想政治教育为主线，以服务学生成长成才就业为出发点和落脚点，加强基层基础建设，特色工作创新，整体推进共青团工作。The Communist Youth League （CYL） organizations in higher vocational colleges should closely cen- ter around the major works of the colleges, focus on the development goals of the colleges, highlight the theme of the construction, targeting their specific functions, and enhance their working advantages; they should strive to stimulate the entrepreneurial and innovation vitality of the students, focus their concerns on the students＇livelihood issues, make efforts to promote the students＇quality development, work hard to enhance the overall vitality of the CYL organizations, and give full play to the Party＇s assistants and reserve forces. It is necessary to take strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of college students as the main focus, to take serving for the student＇s employment and growth as the starting and ending points, to strengthen the construction of the branches, to explore the innovations, and to promote the overall work of the CYL.
