当代高师生职业价值观的调查研究

摘　　要：本文通过对浙师大学生的抽样调查，从性别、年级、专业等变量上做了高师生职业价值观项目的差异研究并概括了当代高师生职业价值观的总体特点，根据现状提出了找准师范生职业价值观教育的重点，主要有两方面的内容：培养高师生“重精神、轻物质”的职业价值取向和强化全面就业指导工作。This paper, based on the sampling investigations in ZheJing Normal University, made a differential research on career values from variables such as sex, grades, majors and so on. Meanwhile the paper generalized main features of career values. Based on present conditions, it puts forward the suggestions of improving the quality of normal university students, including enforcing employment guidance, developing the career value of ＂ spirit being more important than material＂.
