摘　　要：大学毕业生人数逐年递增，就业形式日趋严峻，就业指导已不再是校就业指导部门的“独职”，要想真正做好就业工作，需把指导工作的重心放入学院，丰富就业指导的内涵，建立全程化的就业指导体系，将指导老师队伍扩大到专业教师和班主任，将指导内容放入课堂和生活，针对不同年级大学生的特点进行分类指导，进一步实现大学生充分就业。The number of university graduates is increasing annually, and the employment situation is getting more severe. Employment guidance is no longer a school career guidance department＇s ＂Individual Functions＂, if we really. want to do a good job in employment, it is necessary to put the working focus into the schools, to enrich the connotation of the employment guidance work, and to establish a whole - process employment guidance system. The team of guidance teachers should include the professional teachers and head teachers, and the guidance should be put into the classroom and daily life. Guidance should be conducted against the different characteristics of the students in different grades to further the full employment of the college students.
