以学生社团为载体，培养学生的职业素质

摘　　要：学生社团是校园文化建设的重要载体，是第二课堂的重要组成部分，是思想政治教育的重要渠道，是学生职业素质教育的有效途径。我们要充分认识到学生社团对学生职业道德、职业素养、职业情感、专业技能水平、交际能力、团队精神等方面的培养作用，积极探索社团管理的有效方法，丰富活动内容、创新活动形式，利用学生社团提升学生的职业素质，发挥其育人功能。The student association is an important carrier of the building of campus culture, an important component of the second class, and an important channel of ideological and political education, which is an effective approach for stu- dents＇ profession quality education. We should fairly recognize its education effect in training students＇ professional ethics, occupation accomplishment, occupation emotion, special-field technical ability, social intercourse ability, and team spirit, etc; actively seek for effective administration method; enrich the exercising content and create new exercising form; promote students professional qualities; and bring its education function into play.
