摘  要:考察本科教学评估制度的有效性可从目标的科学性、过程的合理性、目标的达成度、结果的长效性四个维度,以事实与价值为准绳进行比较全面的分析。在实证调查基础上,运用模糊综合评价原理进行多级分析的结果表明,第一轮本科教学评估制度的有效性被认为一般,认为"较低"和"很低"的比例还较高,认为"较好"和"很好"的比例相对偏低。这说明本科教学评估制度基本上被认可,但也亟待改革,不断增强其有效性。The effectiveness of undergraduate teaching evaluation system can be analyzed from the following four dimensions: scientificity of the objective,rationality of the process,achievement degree of the goals,and the long-term effectiveness of the results,with facts and values as the criterion.Based on the empirical investigation and the multi-level analysis by using the theory of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,it has been found that the effectiveness of the first round of undergraduate teaching evaluation system is not very optimistic.The ratios of "lower" and "very low" relatively stay high,while those of "good" and "very good" are relatively low.This shows that undergraduate teaching evaluation system has been generally recognized;however,the reform of the system is eager to be carried out to strengthen its effectiveness.
