对我国高校现行学生评价标准的反思

摘　　要：评价标准是评价理论的核心问题,是高校学生评价的前提和基础。本文从生成评价标准的主体价值需要出发,对当前高校学生评价标准进行了反思。认为不同程度存在着价值取向"目中无人"、标准内容"学业至上"、标准目标"千人一面"以及标准技术"惟分数论"等突出问题,亟待建立与社会要求相一致、与高校人才培养目标相契合、符合大学生成长需要的学生评价标准体系。Evaluation criterion is the core issue of evaluation theory as well as the premise and foundation of university students＇ evaluation.This article reflects on current evaluation criteria from the angle of subjects＇ value evaluation,regarding that there exist many outstanding problems in current university student evaluation criteria,such as neglecting the development of students in value orientation,over emphasizing importance of the academic performance in the evaluation content,resulting in ＂large and unionize＂ in evaluation target,and ＂scores decides everything＂ in evaluation method.Therefore,universities are in urgent need to formulate a scientific and reasonable students＇ evaluation system which is in accordance with the society＇s requirements,talents＇ cultivation goals,and students＇ growth.
