摘　　要：建立了在线渗析样品前处理-离子色谱法直接测定牛奶和果汁中甜蜜素的方法,采用2.4 mmol/L Na2CO3+2.0 mmol/L NaHCO3+5%的丙酮溶液作淋洗液,方法的线性范围1.0～50.0 mg/L,相关系数0.9991,RSD≤6.0%,加标回收率80.3%～110.7%。A new method for the determination of sodium cyclamate in milk and juice by ion exchange chromatography coupling with online dialysis sample pretreatment was established.The eluent was a mixed solution containing 2.4 mmol/L sodium carbonate,2.0 mmol/L sodium bicarbonate and 5% acetone.The results showed that the linear range of the calibration curve for sodium cyclamate was from 1.0 to 50.0 mg/L,with a correlation coefficient of 0.9991 and RSD was less than 6.0%.The recoveries were in the range of 80.3%~110.7%.This method was proved to be highly sensitive,reproducible and easy to be pretreated,and it adapted to food analysis requirement.
