摘  要:目的:调查和分析医生工作倦怠与社会支持的关系。方法:采用Maslach倦怠量表、社会支持量表,对内蒙古地区4家医院共400名医生进行调查。结果:工作倦怠不受医院、性别、民族、受教育程度、职称、婚姻状况等变量的影响,但不同科室、收入高低会影响个体的倦怠。倦怠与社会支持有一定关系,倦怠各维度的影响因素有所不同。结论:目前医生有一定程度的工作倦怠现象,应从组织、人际、工作特征等层面预防和缓解倦怠。Objectives:To explore the relation between doctors' job burnout and social support. Methods: 400 doctors who came from four hospitals in Inner Mongolia were selected to complete MBI-GS and social support scales questionnaires. Results: Factors influencing job burnout of doctors included department and salary, while other factors such as sex, educational backgyound, title and hospital had little effects on job burnout. Job burnout was related with social support and factors influencing three dimensions of burnout were different. Conclusions Our present study indicates that doctors is experiencing burnout to some extent. Prevention and intervention methods should be made from organizational, interpersonal and job characteristics facets.
