湖北省卫生职业教育的现状与思考

摘　　要：本文通过对湖北省卫生职业教育现状的调查,分析了湖北省卫生职业教育发展中存在的问题,例如,部分学校执行教学计划有随意性、实习基地难以满足教育需求、人才培养与市场需求严重不平衡等;提出了七个方面的思考与建议：合理制定区域规划、继续调整学校布局,加强师资队伍建设,加强实习基地建设,提高办学层次,提高卫生职业教育准入标准,加强质量监控、提高办学质量,加强岗位需求调研.The article gave an investigation into the status of health vocational education in Hubei Province. It claimed that though the education system developed significantly in the past years, it still faces several problems, such as disorganized operations of teaching plans from colleges, dissatisfactions from interns to their current practice bases, unbalance between personal training and market demands and so on.According to the situation, seven aspects of suggestions must be enhanced in the future： readjusting structures of colleges, strengthening the building of the ranks of teachers, strengthening the clinical training bases, improving educational standards, improving the barriers of the students＇ entry in the area of the health vocational education, strengthening the quality-control system, improving educational qualities.
