摘　　要：本文针对目前部分医学高等专科学校临床教学基地教师教学意识淡薄、基础理论知识水平偏低、知识老化及缺乏系统的教学基本功训练等问题，提出了加强临床教学基地师资队伍建设的具体措施并进行了积极探索，其目的在于培养一支师德高尚、数量充足、结构合理、素质优良、专兼结合、富有创新精神的临床师资队伍，提高临床教学质量。According to the problems of poor teaching awareness, low levels of basic theoretical knowledge, knowledge of aging and the lack of systematic teaching basic skills training of the teachers in some clinical teaching bases of the higher medical academies, this article proposed measures to strengthen the construction of teachers troop in the clinical teaching bases and made active exploration to cultivate a teachers team with noble ethics, sufficient quantity, rational structure, high quality, innovation and a integration of full-time and parttime teachers so as to improve the quality of clinical teaching.
