摘  要:目的 在医学本科生的临床教学中开展循证医学教育并评价其效果.方法 湖北医药学院附属太和医院在呼吸内科(试点科室)成立循证医学教学小组,开展循证医学临床实践活动,并对在呼吸内科实习的湖北医药学院临床医学专业的104名学生以问卷调查的方式进行了循证医学教学效果的评价.结果 经过循证医学教学,有55.8%的学生遇到临床问题时会首选通过互联网查证,90.0%以上的学生掌握了循证医学基本知识.学生的循证医学知识同人科前相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);学生对呼吸内科循证医学教学满意度达90.0%以上.结论 在医学生临床教学中,引入循证医学教育,能够普及循证医学基本知识,显著提高学生自我学习能力、临床能力和医患沟通能力.Objective To carry out evidence-based medicine(EBM) in clinical medical education and evaluate its effects. Methods EBM teachers team was formed in the Department of Internal Medicine (pilot department)of Taihe Hospital Affiliated to Hubei Medical University to develop EBM teaching activities and evaluate effects by questionnaire survey among 104 medical interns. Results After EBM training,55. 8% of the students chose the internet immediately when meeting clinic difficulties and more than 90%of the students grasped the basic knowledge of EBM, which was statistically different from that of pre-training (P 〈0.01 ). The degree of EBM teaching satisfaction of students was above 90%. Conclusions The application of EBM in clinical medical education might be beneficial to spread EBM basic knowledge, improve students' self-education ability, clinic practice and the communication with patients.
