医学研究生教育现状分析与对策

摘　　要：本文对国内2所独立办学的医学院校的研究生进行了问卷调查,了解和分析了医学研究生的教育现状,以期为提高研究生培养质量提供参考.调查结果显示,目前医学研究生教育在资源环境、学位课程及培养过程等方面亟待改进.高等医学院校应当从加大研究生教育的投入力度、推进教学改革、完善培养过程、强化导师责任意识等方面入手,实现研究生教育规模和质量的均衡发展.In this article, in order to provide reference for enhancing the quality of postgraduate education, the situation of postgraduate education was analyzed through questionnaire investigation among the postgraduates in two medical schools. Field-survey, questionnaires posted and distributed on-spot were adopted to investigate the teaching resources, academic program, scientific research and other education quality related issues. The results showed that resources, academic programs and training process of medical postgraduate education need to be improved. Medical schools should carry on with some measures to increase the investment, promote teaching reform, regulate training process and strengthen tutors＇ awareness of responsibility accordingly to achieve balanced development for scale and quality of postgraduate education.
