住院医师培训体系的建立与实践

摘　　要：华中科技大学同济医学院附属协和医院通过推行“双导制”，建设住院医师临床技能训练基地和综合考核评估体系等一系列措施，构建了较为完善的住院医师培训体系，提高了住院医师的培训质量。The work for residents training in Union Hospital of Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, was introduced in this article, such as the practice of ＂dual guidance system＂, the establishment of senior clinical skills training bases for residents and the development of comprehensive assessment system. A good residents training system was established and the quality of residents training was greatly improved.
