略论个性化、差异化的研究生教育

摘　　要：文章论述了研究生教育的个性化、差异化的理论基础,分析了当前研究生教育存在的问题。在此基础上提出坚持以人为本,展示人的主体性;改善导师结构,发展新兴学科;遵循弹性原则,实行柔性管理;重视多元个性,寻求特色定位的改进建议。This paper talks about the theoretical basis for the personalized and differential post-graduate education and analyzes the problems that exist in the current post-graduate education.On this basis,it puts forwards the following suggestions：taking people as the foremost, revealing the principal role of human beings： improving the instructor formation,developing new disciplines;following the principle of flexibility,implementing flexible management; attaching importance to various personalities, and searching for featured orientation.
