高校贫困生就业援助体系的探讨

摘　　要：在当前严峻的就业形势下，高校贫困生就业面临着更多的困难。贫困生能否就业，不仅关系到其自身及其家庭经济状况的改善，还关系到社会的和谐稳定。本文通过加强贫困生就业指导，建立贫困生实习基地，设立贫困生就业实践基金，加强贫困生素质能力拓展等途径建立高校贫困生就业援助体系进行研究。In the currently severe employment situation, college students who are in poverty line are facing more difficulties. Whether or not these students can be recruited, it not only does relate to them and improvement of their families′ economic conditions, also connect to social harmonization and stability. This paper will be to study on buildup of employment assistance system for college′s poor students through the strengthening of employment guidance, the establishment of practice base, the creation of the recruitment funding and enhancing the extending of their quality abilities.
