摘　　要：目的了解多媒体课件在医学统计学教学中的应用效果。方法比较用多媒体课件教学班级与无多媒体课件教学班级的平均成绩。结果用多媒体课件教学班级的平均成绩优于无多媒体课件教学班级,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多媒体课件在医学统计学教学中效果明显,特别是对学生分析问题、解决问题的思维培养有很好的促进作用。Objective To explore the effects of multimedia courseware in medical statistics teaching.Methods Compare average scores between multimedia courseware teaching classes and non-multimedia courseware teaching classes.Results average scores of multimedia courseware teaching classes were better than that in non-multimedia courseware teaching classes,and there was statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion multimedia courseware is quite effective in medical statistics teaching,and eopecially for developing the student analysis ability and the ability to solve problem.
