摘  要:全电式炮控系统是一个强本质非线性的复杂系统,内部存在齿圈间隙、弹性形变、摩擦力矩、参数摄动和外界扰动等不确定非线性因素,造成炮控系统出现稳态"牵移",驱动死区、延时与振荡,低速"爬行"和高速调炮"超回"等一系列问题,成为制约系统性能进一步提升的瓶颈问题。分析了全电式炮控系统的特点和结构组成,论述了系统内部各种非线性因素及其对炮控系统性能的影响,在此基础上探讨了近年来炮控系统非线性补偿控制的研究进展和今后的研究方向,为提高炮控系统性能提供了新的技术途径。All-electric tank gun control system is a strong essential non-linear complex system.The problems of stable migration,driving dead zone,time delay and oscillation,dithering at low velocity and launch overshooting at high velocity caused by uncertainty nonlinearity factors such as backlash,elastic deformation,friction moment,parameter perturbation and external disturbance have become a bottle-neck problem for improving system performance.The article analyzes the characteristics and structure composition of all-electric gun control system,discusses various non-linear factors and their effects on the performance of all-electric gun control system,and probes into the development and further study trend of non-linear compensation control of fire control system in recent years.On this basis,new technical way for improving the performance of gun control system is brought forward.
