摘　　要：大学生思想政治教育在高校育人工作中占有重要地位,直接影响着高校的人才培养质量。近年来,我国高校思想政治教育工作取得了一定的成效,但思想政治教育的"形式化"、"本本主义",以及高校"重教学、轻育人"和思想政治教育部门"单打独斗"的现状直接影响着思想政治教育的效果。积极发挥思想政治教育的合力作用,构建多维互动的育人机制,是创新思想政治教育工作的有效途径,是高校教育工作有序进行的先决条件,是培养社会主义人才、推进社会主义文明建设的重要保障。Ideology education in college is very important in the higher education system.Although there has been great achievements,the educational effects are affected negatively by the ＂formalism＂,＂bookishness＂,＂focusing more on teaching less on people＂,and the single-handed teaching model.The effective approach for creative ideology is based on multidimensional educational mechanism,which is also the pre-condition for orderly higher education for talents training.
