摘 要:传统光电经纬仪的转台基本都采用铸造或者钢板焊接结构。大型光电经纬仪的转台由于结构尺寸大,如果仍采用铸造或者钢板焊接结构,必然导致转台重量很大,降低跟踪架的系统刚度,于是有对转台进行轻量化设计的需求。提出了采用方钢管焊接成桁架结构,再在外表蒙薄钢板的转台轻量化设计方案。通过对转台的连接部件、止推轴承、径向轴承等进行等效简化,建立了转台的动力学模型。在相同接口尺寸、相同边界条件、相同外形尺寸的条件下,基于动力学模型,分析比较了桁架结构转台和传统钢板焊接结构转台。分析结果表明,采用方钢管焊接的桁架结构转台重量轻、刚度好,是一种比较有效的转台轻量化设计方案。The turntable of traditional theodolite is always the cast or welded steel structure.If still using the traditional structure,turntable of large photoelectric theodolite will be inevitably very heavy and the stiffness of the system is reduced.So it's need to make the optimization of the structure of turntable in order to decrease it's weight.A lightweight turntable design is proposed that using square steel tube welded into a truss structure,and then cover the appearance of the truss structure by thin steel.After equivalent-simplifying thrust bearing and journal bearing,a dynamic model of turntable is established to precisely study the optimization of geometrical shapes of turntable.Based on the dynamic model,the comparison between the welded steel structure turntable and welded truss structure turntable is made in the same conditions including port size,boundary conditions and dimension.Analysis results showed that the welded truss structure turntable is an effective lightweight design because it is lighter and meanwhile with high stiffness.
