摘 要:本文通过体外模拟实验比较不同分子量范围的甲壳低聚糖对脂质的吸附效果。结果表明,不同分子量的甲壳低聚糖对各类脂质都具有较好的吸附性。其中,MW=5kDa^10kDa的甲壳低聚糖对油脂、胆酸盐和胆固醇的吸附效果最好,对油脂的吸附率为5.3%,对脱氧胆酸钠和牛磺胆酸钠的吸附率分别为90.0%和71.1%,对胆固醇吸附率达87.5%;其次是MW=2kDa^5kDa的甲壳低聚糖,MW=200Da^2kDa的甲壳低聚糖吸附作用最弱。表明甲壳低聚糖对脂质的吸附作用与其分子量大小有着一定的关系,在MW<10kDa范围内分子量越大对脂质的吸附能力增强。This paper compared the adsorption effects on lipid of Chito-oligosaccharides among different molecular weights in vitro.The result showed that all the Chito-oligosaccharides of different molecular weights had good adsorption on different kinds of lipids.During which,The adsorption of Chito-oligosaccharides with MW=5kDa~10kDa on lipin,bile salts and cholesterol were upmost.With a concentration of 300 mg of Chito-oligosaccharides,the rate of adsorption on lipin achieved to 5.26%,and the counterpart on sodium deoxycholate and sodium taurocholate arrived at 90.00% and 71.05% respectively,while the absorption rate of Chito-oligosaccharides with a concentration of 100 mg on cholesterol was 87.48%.Secondly,the adsorption of Chito-oligosaccharides with MW=2kDa~5kDal was better.And the adsorption of Chito-oligosaccharides with MW=200Da~2kDal was worst.Therefore,it could be inferred that there was a certain relationship between the lipid adsorption of Chito-oligosaccharides and their molecular weights.The greater molecular weight,the better lipid adsorption,in the range of MW10kDa.
