摘　　要：为从冠突散囊菌中克隆到与有性发育相关的veA基因片段,根据genbank中不同种真菌的veA相关蛋白质序列同源性,设计简并引物,运用touchdown PCR技术,研究了从冠突散囊菌总RNA中克隆有性孢子发育基因veAcDNA片段。结果表明:克隆得到长度为558 pb的cDNA片段。该cDNA片段与棒曲霉veA基因相似性最高,为77%;与构巢曲霉ve A相似性67%。确定为冠突散囊菌veA基因片段。The veA cDNA fragment related to sexual spore development in Eurotium cristatum was successfully cloned according to the sequence homologous of veA relative proteins in various fungi from Genbank.The results showed that the similarity between the cloned cDNA fragment with 558pb and veA of Aspergillus clavatus and Aspergillus nidulans reached 77% and 67% respectively,which indicates that the cloned cDNA fragment with 558pb is the veA fragment of Eurotium cristatum.
