摘  要:CD IO(构思—设计—实施—运行)是当前教育的最新模式,通过开展通信专业的CD IO工程教育改革探索,从变化的形式中捕捉和把握高等教育发展机遇,逐步完善具有专业特色的教育人才培养模式。通过调整通信专业的培养方案、课程体系、实践平台,培养学生高度的包容性、高度的社会责任心、较强的组织协调能力和创新能力,以提高毕业生的市场竞争力,提高就业率。CDIO (Conceive-Design-Implement-Operate) is a new model in current education. In order to perfect the training model for professional having specialized characteristic, we should hold the developing opportunity of higher education from changing style by carrying out probe into the education innovation of communication engineering specialty based on CDIO. In order to intensify the market competition ability of graduates and increase the employment rate, students should be trained to have higher inclusiveness and social accountability, stronger organizational coordination ability and innovation ability by adjusting the educational project, courses and practice platform of communication specialty.
