摘　　要：把重视和加强文化建设放在高职院校建设的突出位置,已成为高职院校发展的内在需要和客观要求。广东交通职业技术学院作为一所立项建设的省级示范、国家骨干院校,通过办学理念创新、校企合作体制机制创新、学生素质教育创新等引领学院文化建设,并通过专业品牌建设提升学院的知名度和整体文化水平,逐渐凝练、形成了具有广东交通特色的高职文化,努力向文化育人、文化治校的目标迈进。To emphasize and strengthen cultural construction in construction of the outstanding position in higher vocational colleges has become the inner development needs and objective requirements.As a commencement of construction of the provincial demonstration,the country＇s key college,GDCP leading college culture construction through school concept innovation,the school-enterprise cooperation system and mechanism innovation,students＇ quality education innovation,accessioning college visibility and overall cultural level through professional brand construction.Gradually concise,has formed a Guangdong traffic characteristics of higher vocational education,culture,work hard to manage culturally cultural goals
