综合疗法治疗肌张力低下型脑瘫28例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察综合疗法对肌张力低下型脑瘫的治疗效果。方法:将61例肌张力低下型脑瘫患儿随机分为综合疗法组(针刺+肌兴奋仪+手法治疗)28例和手法康复组33例。治疗前和治疗3个疗程后根据患儿的肌肉硬度、摆动度、关节可动域评价疗效。结果:综合治疗组显效10例,有效14例,无效4例,总有效率为85.7%;手法康复组显效5例,有效15例,无效13例,总有效率为60.6%。两组总有效率比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合疗法在改善肌张力低下型脑瘫患儿的肌肉硬度、摆动度和关节可动域方面有明显促进作用。Objective：To investigate the effect of comprehensive treatment on atonic cerebral palsy.Methods： 61 children with atonic cerebral palsy were randomly allocated to comprehensive treatment group（acupuncture＋treatment for muscle excitability＋ manipulation） with 28 cases and manipulation group with 33 cases.Muscle stiffness,swing degree,movable joints domain were evaluated by a rehabilitation physician before and after treatment.Results： 10 cases were excellence and 14 cases were effective,the total effective rate was 85.7% in comprehensive treatment group and 60.6%（excellence 5 cases,effective 15 cases） in manipulation group.The total effective rate of manipulation group was significantly lower than comprehensive treatment group,there was a statistically significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion： The comprehensive treatment has a significant facilitating effect on muscle stiffness,swing degree,movable joints domain in children with atonic cerebral palsy.
