陕西高职院校应对生源不足的策略

摘　　要：近年来,生育率下降导致适龄入学人口减少给高职院校带来了越来越大的冲击。从陕西省的情况来看,定位不准、专业设置缺乏特色、办学条件较差以及对继续教育开发不够等问题的存在,使高职院校在应对生源不足的冲击中显得准备不足、办法不多。研究表明应对冲击的关键在于高职院校要准确定位,办出特色,借助外力改善办学条件,不断开拓新的市场。In recent years,the reduction of school-age population due to the declining fertility rate has brought growing impact on the higher vocational colleges.Judging from Shaanxi Province,the existence of such issues as the unreasonable specialties distribution,poor school conditions and the underdevelopment of further education make the higher vocational colleges lack of preparation and measures while facing the impact of lack of students.The key to deal with the impact is to set the specialties scientifically,improve school conditions with outside help and open up new markets continuously.
