摘 要:对燃用硫含量分别为300mg/kg与43mg/kg的柴油和是否安装DPF对采用典型国Ⅳ排放控制技术的柴油轿车颗粒物排放特性的影响进行了试验研究。结果表明,未装DPF时,国Ⅳ柴油车燃用高含硫量燃油时的颗粒物质量排放较燃用低含硫量燃油时增加25.3%;安装DPF时增加22.2%。而颗粒物数量排放结果说明,燃油含硫量对安装DPF车辆的颗粒物数量浓度影响较大,燃用高含硫量燃油时的循环平均颗粒物数量浓度约为燃用低含硫量燃油时的4.8倍。研究同时表明,颗粒物排放主要在加速阶段产生,稳态工况和减速下颗粒物数量排放大幅降低。The effects of different fuel sulfur content(300mg/kg and 43mg/kg) with and without DPF on the characteristics of particulate matter(PM) emission in diesel cars adopting typical State-Ⅳ emission control technologies are studied by tests.The results show that the PM mass emission with high sulfur content fuel is 25.3 % higer than that with low sulfur content fuel for State-Ⅳ diesel cars without DPF,and is 2.2 % higher for State-Ⅳ diesel cars with DPF.And the results of PM munber emission indicate that fuel sulfur content has larger effects on the PM number concentration of diesel cars with DPF,the cycle average of PM number concentration with higher sulfur content fuel is 3.8 times higher than that with low sulfur content fuel.The study also shows that PM emission is mainly generated at acceleration stage,and is reduced substantially at steady condition and deceleration stage.
