摘　　要：管理工作是一个复杂的系统工程,需要管理人员具备较强的专业能力、良好的专业精神和团队精神。高职院校管理队伍的专业化建设是学院内涵发展的需要,也是学院科学发展的要求。Management is a complex systematic engineering,which requires the management personnel be equipped with strong professional capabilities,good professional dedication and high teamwork spirits.Professionalized formation of management team in higher vocational college is the interior need of its content development,as well as the need of its scientific development.
