消毒供应室高职护生实习带教管理思路与实践

摘　　要：目的探究消毒供应室高职护生实习的带教管理规范。方法通过入科导教、检测落实计划及双向综合考核3个阶段性实践教学评价的科学管理。结果规范实习带教流程,制定了合理、具体、有效、可检测的实践教学目标,促使护生能够在短时间内熟悉和掌握消毒供应室的各项操作流程。结论护生主动学习意识、动手能力明显增强,带教老师的综合素质、责任性、带教能力均有显著提高。OBJECTIVE To explore the standard leading and teaching management for vocational nursing students in disinfection and supply room.METHODS Instruction and implementation of plans and two-ways comprehensive examination was performed to evaluate the teaching practice.RESULTS The internship and teaching process was standardized,the reasonable,specific,effective and detective teaching and practice goal had been established,which could ensure that the nursing students could master each operational process in a short period of time.CONCLUSION The initiative awareness to learn and the practical ability of the nursing students have been significantly strengthened,and the comprehensive quality,responsibility and teaching ability have been remarkably improved.
