摘　　要：针对农村教师教育技术培训中存在的问题,结合课题组多年来在山西省部分农村中小学开展教师教育技术能力培训的实践经验,从分析其信息化环境建设、教师教育技术素养以及教师教育技术培训的需求出发,探讨了有效实施农村教师教育技术培训的具体策略。In view of the present problems in educational technology training for rural teachers and the practical experience of training teachers in rural primary and secondary schools in Shanxi Province,the article discusses specific strategies of effectively implementing educational technology training for rural teachers by analyzing the status of information environment construction,teachers＇ educational technology literacy and training needs.
