摘　　要：分析底盘技术现状,概括性地描述了底盘技术的发展趋势,以及主要在底盘汽车电子应用(ESP、PLA、TPMS、ADC、ACC…)及新材料、新工艺带来的底盘技术的新发展。The sales volume of the typical automotive independent enterprises from 2003 to 2010 is analyzed.The problems existed in automotive independent brand development and management are studied and its countermeasure is provided.
