摘  要:利用CFD手段对结构复杂的管带式散热器仿真设计方法进行了研究,采用散热器局部完全仿真计算分析得到管带与空气的热交换系数,并从温度、压力和速度三方面分析了散热片开窗角度对其换热性能的影响,得出开窗23°时换热效果最好,又利用多孔介质模拟开窗散热带,进行整体散热器的传热性能仿真模拟计算。研究结果表明:计算结果与试验结果比较吻合,为散热器产品的优化设计提供了可能。Using CFD technique,the simulation design method of automotive radiator with complex structure was studied.The radiator was partially simulated to calculate the heat exchange coefficient between corrugated band and cooling air,and the effects of the radiator louver opening angle on radiator heat exchange performance were analyzed from three aspects of temperature,pressure and flow velocity.It is concluded that the best effect is achieved at 23° opening angle.The heat transfer performance of whole radiator was calculated by using porous medium to imitate the heat transfer coefficient and flow resistance of the fin-louver heat dissipation band.The calculated results coincide with the measured data.This simulation design method provides the possibility for radiator optimization design.
