摘 要:目的探讨RhoC和LyGDI在肺鳞癌、肺腺癌组织中的表达情况及其相关性的临床意义。方法收集肺鳞癌、腺癌及其癌旁组织标本各48例。应用免疫组织化学法、蛋白免疫印迹法检测RhoC、LyGDI在肺癌及癌旁组织中的表达情况,并结合临床资料分析。结果 RhoC、LyGDI在肺癌组织中的表达量分别为2.197±0.220和1.035±0.118,均高于其癌旁组织中的表达量1.810±0.099和0.859±0.091。RhoC、LyGDI的阳性率分别为77.1%和68.8%,二者均与TNM分期和淋巴结转移有关,但二者无相关性(r=-0.011,P=0.942)。结论 RhoC、LyGDI都参与了肺癌的发生,RhoC可能促进肺癌的进展及淋巴结转移,而LyGDI可能抑制肺癌的进展及淋巴结转移。Objective To investigate the correlation of the expression and clinical significance of RhoC and LyGDI in lung squamous cell cancer and adenocarcinoma.Methods Forty-eight samples of lung squamous cell cancer,adenocarcinoma and associated paracancerous tissue were collected respectively.Western blot and immunohistochemistry were used to detect the expression of RhoC and LyGDI in tumor tissue and associated paracancerous tissue.The clinical data were analyzed at the same time.Results The expression levels of RhoC and LyGDI were higher in cancer tissue(2.197±0.220,1.035±0.118)than those in associated paracancerous tissue(1.810±0.099,0.859±0.091).The positive rates of RhoC and LyGDI were 77.1% and 68.8% respectively.The positive rates of RhoC and LyGDI were correlated with TNM stage or lymph node metastasis,but there was no relationship between RhoC and LyGDI(r=-0.011,P=0.942).Conclusion Both RhoC and LyGDI play important roles in the genesis of lung cancer.RhoC might accelerate the progression of the disease or lymph node metastasis,while LyGDI plays the contrary role.
